This is the red TRAINING ONLY version of the Safariland Double Cuff Disposable Handcuff. This is designed to be a training aid in teaching and practicing handcuffing techniques for the Safariland Double Cuff Disposable Handcuff. It can be applied and removed without cutting the cuff off, saving time and money. It will NOT hold a suspect-NOT for Duty use.
